BARRIERS TO FACULTY ADOPTION OF E-LEARNING Abstract:This paper is about barriers to adoption. We describe 2 projects of e-learning development conducted nearly in parallel in a French Business School and in 11 Mediterranean countries and compare the perception of barriers in the two groups of professors. A first attempt to explain the personal differences inside a group is proposed, using MBTI and teaching styles.
